We received another referral today. The turn around time for decisions is so fast, we are completely overwhelmed. Each time we send a referral off for review, the costs rack up. Without much consideration, we decline the referral. This referral was not a match to our special needs list again, so we feel we need to update and reiterate what specific needs we will accept.
