Updates on Zhu Ao Ying

After receiving our Summary and Treatment Plan and Letter of Intent, we received updates from the Orphanage! We were able view updated images, and get some personal information as well!

We found out she is using words such as Ah Yee and Jie Jie. She can walk upstairs holding a rail, and can walk on her own now. She looks so happy! I cannot wait to see her dimples in person!

Praying that we receive approval to adopt her!

Letter of Intent and Summary and Treatment Plan

We submitted our letter of intent to adopt Zhu Ao Ying today. We also had to propose how we intent on treating her special need of big muscle motor developmental delay, and speech/language delays.

Zhu Ao Ying

We received a referral today. Ao Ying is not in any of the categories of special needs that we had agreed to accept. Jerry and I opened the file, and fell in love. This is our baby girl! How exciting, yet scary. We send the file to be reviewed by Julie Keck, and hope the news is good! We received an update with the referral that Ao Ying was walking by herself at the point of referral, but not extremely steady yet. She is saying a few words.
